For over a decade, this omnipresent model with scandal free private life have walked for couture shows, stared in high gloss editorials and her face has graced countless campaigns. Tokarska appeared in German, Spanish, the Russian edition of Vogue Magazine, Vanity Fair, Harper’s Bazaar editorial in a career-retrospective for Valentino, Numero Tokyo, L’Officiel France, Italian Amica, Elle magazine, among many others.

Tokarska was the face of Emanuel Ungaro Haute Couture, Valentino Haute Couture (alongside Katarina Ivanovska, Bruna Tenorio, and Kasia Struss), fall and spring ad campaign, Versace Haute Couture, Valentino for Wolford, Tag Heuer, Clarins, Paco Rabanne, Tag Heuer, Wolford and Pretty Polly - once a tallest advert in United Kingdom.

Anna has walked for many top runways including: Christian Dior, Giorgio Armani, Versace, Elie Saab, Valentino, Maison Martin Margiela, DSquared2, Ann Demeulemeester, John Galliano, Gianfranco Ferre, Roccobarocco, Emanuel Ungaro, Allesandro dell Aqua, Roberto Cavalli, Vivienne Westwood and last haute couture show of Yves Saint Laurent. In July 2007 Tokarska closed the fall Valentino couture show in Paris.

She appeared as well in tv commercials for Roberto Cavalli for H&M (ad campaign alongside Lydia Hearst, Jessica Stam, and Erin Wasson); Eau Jeune Bellisima Eau de Perfume directed by French Oscar-winning film director and screenwriter Olivier Dahan and Esprit Eau de Perfume Urban Nature.
